RESPONSIBILITIES

• To develop and conduct effective lesson plans to teach physical education appropriate for the primary/secondary age group;
• To plan and implement appropriate PE programmes to support and enhance children’s understanding of health, physical exercise and safety;
• To assess, observe, record and report on student progress in their physical development (gross and fine motor skills and coordination), including writing student reports and attending parents meetings;

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist the Managers in scheduling, budgetary and administrative duties as assigned.
• Establish and implement the preventive maintenance schedule for the Park’s facilities and rides.
• Ensure all building services are in good working conditions.
• Ensure all the maintenance work carried out complied with the safety standards as directed.
• Provide supervision and guidance to frontline maintenance staff.

Qualifications and Other Requirements

• Diploma/Higher Nitec in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Civil) or Facility Management in building services. Engineering certificate from a recognized training institute.
• Able to perform duty on weekends and Public Holidays.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills

• Minimum two (2) years of working experience in commercial and industrial sectors with strong background in operations, maintenance and engineering of building services and facility management.
• Well-versed in electrical and able to interpret electrical diagrams.
• Good knowledge in troubleshooting for equipment and facility services.
• Customer focused with an outgoing personality, has initiative and be able to multi-task.

Role

The role of a Job Coach is to design and develop specialised job scope to help students with special needs to cope and achieve their learning objectives. The Job Coach works closely with Teachers in shaping the Continuum of Work Experience, tailors meaningful Work Experience for students and provides critical learning and support during students’ Work Experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. In charge of designing and maintaining a continuum of Work Experience for the student profiles in the school
2. In charge of sourcing potential community and industry partners to identify relevant work-based opportunities to meet student’s interests and aspirations
3. Work closely with SPED teachers to co-plan and coordinate suitable work exposure activities for students as part of the Vocational Guidance curriculum
4. Design, plan and coordinate work experiences in school, community and workplaces catering to students’ interests, preference and strengths, and working goals
5. In charge of the administrative matters for students (i.e., insurance, work attachment allowances, and internships allowance).
6. Collaborate with teachers and Allied Health Professionals in co-planning and co-delivering the VE content areas (i.e., vocational guidance, soft skills and hard skills) through the Continuum of Work Experience
7. Identify suitable work experiences for students according to student’s interests, preferences and strengths in alignment with their Individual Transition Plans
8. Develop and implement training plans for students on Work Experience covering the teaching of relevant soft and hard skills in alignment with the VE curriculum
9. Instruct students on work-related skills, community living skills, problem-solving skills and Functional Literacy and Numeracy useful in a work place.
10. Conduct ecological assessments of work sites to understand job demands and the work environments for effective planning of supports
11. Accompany students for job interviews, orientation and job attachments. Provide on-site training as needed.
12. Liaise with work site personnel to put in place appropriate job accommodations and modifications according to students’ profiles and needs
13. Conduct regular assessment, monitoring and evaluation of students’ progress and performance at Work Experience using appropriate tools
14. Share knowledge and insight on student’s interests, preferences and strengths, and work progress, at appropriate frequency to the VE Team to facilitate effective job coaching
15. Provide feedback on students’ progress, key areas of strengths and needs to families at Transition Planning meetings and Multi-Agency Transition Meetings (MATM)
16. Work with psychologist and occupational therapist to mediate and manage expectations of employers, students and parents regarding work-related issues.
17. Obtain feedback from potential employers regarding the work performance of the student.
18. Forge and sustain partnerships with community and businesses through creating awareness and capacity building in disability support
19. Advocate for opportunities for students to practise their skills in authentic settings
20. Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the School Principal.

Job Description: 

• Ensure expectations around behaviors and conduct are upheld in accordance with school policy standards and procedures

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform commissioning of OTSAW Products from system setup to route mapping and product operations testing.
• Execute upgrade and modification requests for an existing hardware or system via remote or on-site support.
• Train the Product Operators and Service Team in operating a newly setup system, equipping them with product operations and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Prepare and submit the User Acceptance Test, Progress Report, Project Report and other Operations related documents whenever necessary.
• Escalate critical concerns to Lead Project Engineer for prompt resolution, ensuring operational continuity.
• Execute tasks on behalf of the Robotics Operations Team, contributing to streamlined operations.
• Collaborate closely with the Lead Project Engineer to align objectives and achieve team goals.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Engineering or other related fields is preferred.
• Associate’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Engineering or other related fields is required.
• Possessing a relevant certificate or license is preferred.
• Proven work experience as Project Engineer or similar role.
• Strong background in engineering or technology industry.
• Familiarity with Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) is advantageous.
• Proficiency in mechanical/electrical hardware installation, setup and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in system/network installation, setup and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, ElcoCAD and any other design and planning software.
• Familiarity of LINUX (Ubuntu) System and software troubleshooting will be an added advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical / electrical prints and other related technical documentation.
• Strong working knowledge of equipment, tools and components used in the industry.

• Willingness to travel locally and internationally on short notice.

• Possession of a valid driving license is preferred.

Qualifications and Skills:
