The AI/Chatbot Executive will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and optimization of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and chatbot solutions within Contact Centre.

The Metta Home for the Disabled and Metta Home Day Activity Centre (慈光乐陶苑及智障日间活动中心) were set up in December 2000 to offer community care options to adults with intellectual disabilities who are aged between 18 and 55.

Main Responsibilities:

• Set and fulfill given sales targets that aligns with the overall business direction and brand consistency
• Ability to communicate and liaise with clients to resolve all sales enquiries
• Implement sales and marketing strategies for market penetration
• Conduct regular visits, trainings and meetings with distributor’s sales and technical team as well as channels/dealers
• Identify and approach potential clients, projects or new market to create new business opportunities
• Report on sales performance as well as necessary suggestion and implementations for improvement

Requirements:

• Local Polytechnic Diploma and/or Degree in Business Administration, IT or Engineering
• At least 2 years of sales experience in Tech/IT industry or related field
• Experience in B2B platform would be a major plus
• Clear understanding of market trends and current/potential competitors
• Bilingual in English, Mandarin or Malay to liaise with Mandarin and Malay speaking associates in view of business communications

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

To assist in the daily operations of the clinic inclusive but not limited to the following:

Counter duties:

- Familiar with PRPP & PCDS

- Registration of patients, dispensing of medication and collection of payments

- Familiar with E- payment modes ( QR pay, Nets, Paynow)

- Perform COVID-19 Swabs, ECG

- Explain medical and health screen packages to patients

- Assist in booking of appointment for patients for chronic disease

- Follow-up treatment/ blood tests and vaccination

- Handling of incoming calls and enquiries.

- Assist doctors with chaperoning and conduct minor procedures

Supervisor duties:

- Administrative tasks

- Submission of claims eg Medisave, CHAS, MBS and Managed Care claims for different insurance schemes.

- Ordering of Medications, consumables

- Manage rostering of staff and doctors – include finding locum doctors.

Requirements:

Good command of spoken and written English

Good IT proficiency required (Computer system, Managed Care portals)

- Familiar with MBS, MHCP claim portal

- Familiar with TPA claims (IHP, MHC, Parkway Shenton, Alliance and Adept)

Ability to speak mandarin/ malay will be an advantage.

Minimum GCE O level and above with relevant experience in healthcare/ GP clinic setting.

Customer service orientation with pleasant disposition.

Experience in GP clinic is necessary. Previous experience as clinic supervisor will be an advantage.

JOB SUMMARY

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Programme

1. Plan, coordinate and conduct programmes under Rehab Services using Clubhouse concept
2. Prepare two weekly Rehab Services programmes by coordinating with staff and volunteers in charge of the various programmes.
3. Ensure smooth running of all programmes (booking of rooms, uploading of materials to computer, photo-copying of materials if necessary, gathering of members, marking of attendance, etc)
4. Submit department monthly report to Senior Manager by collating updates of events/ participation statistics and brief write-up on monthly ad-hoc events by the 6th of each month.
5. Organize or assist in the coordination of logistics arrangements for members' events whenever necessary.
6. Take turns to organize outings and members' events

Volunteer Management

1. Coordination and orientation of volunteers

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or its equivalent.
• Prefer with at least 1 year of relevant working experience in regional C&B environment.
• Experience in full payroll, SAP and Prosoft will be an added advantage.
