Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle full scope of QS duties which includes material take-off and variations.
• Provide estimating cost and implement Contract administration for renovation projects.

• Submit accurate cost and time implications to client.

As a member of the Travel Booking Management department, you will play a key role in providing travel booking services to our clients both Travel Agency sub-agents and Corporate Travel client companies. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of travel booking and responding to inquiries from our clients. Your primary duties will include:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Issuing and other Reservations: Issue flight tickets on GDS that are requested by sub-agents and make reservations for hotels, rental cars, and other travel-related services if needed.

2. Booking Management: Assist our clients in canceling, amending, and refunding their bookings by contacting the clients and suppliers or using BSPLink and other related systems.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in using GDS (Amadeus/Travelport/Sabre) and BSPLink
• Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Job Type: Full-time

• Install, improve tools, perform maintenance, and compile alarms for equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
• Analyze equipment failures, create pareto charts, and conduct weak point analysis for improvement.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for cost reduction, yield improvement, and OEE improvement.
• Prepare technical reports documenting equipment performance and activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Having prior experience in the semiconductor industry (field of cleaning and polishing of silicon wafers).
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
