Job Responsibility

· Responsible for the lead of the regional design team. This team takes responsibility for leading all the design work for the data centers located in APEC, the team members are based in the APEC area either. Comprehensive management of the design work for all the projects.

· Responsible for the Data Center’s design, especially leading & managing the design of the new hyper-scale data center in APEC. Ensuring that all design/ consultant work performed is in accordance with established practices, procedures & internal technical standards. Being the project design manager, following up on the project schedule and strategy, supporting the project manager to complete the project.

· Responsible for the technical evaluation/support for new site selection in the APEC.

· Responsible for the regional /local procurement technical support. Ensuring that all the technical performance meets the technical requirements of the project and the company’s internal standards specification. Technical support for the cost optimization & control of the project.

· Responsible for leading the research of advanced technology in the data center area, analyzing the possibility of application of the new technology. Developing and revising the internal data center technical standards and applying the standards to each data center.

· Responsible for the Technical support for procurement of the main equipment, ensuring all the equipment’s parameters can satisfy the technical requirements from the company’s internal standards specifications.

· Responsible for technical support to the project execution in APAC.

· Responsible for the technical support of the sales of the data center. Study & analyze the potential customer technical requirements and support the sales to find the customer.

· Assist in the design, implementation, commissioning, and build-out of new facilities; and assist in the operation of the facility as the high-level technical support.

Basic Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechanical.

· 15+ years or longer data center relative working experience as the designer/consultant or the data center owner, understanding the data center’s overall technical requirements and the design process.

· Proven experience in the lead/management of the designer/consultant in the data center field.

· Experience in remote team member management and understanding different cultures. Proven leadership and organizational skills, good communication skills with different backgrounds team members.

· In-depth knowledge of Data Center critical facilities and systems, including IT power systems, utility power systems, mechanical cooling systems, etc.

· Knowledge of international technical standards and practice for data centers; and the data center technology trends and advanced technologies

· Flexibility with different cultures and environments, with team spirits. Fluently speaking, writing & reading in English.

· Ability to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment.

· Accept international/local short-term business travel.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience as the design team leader in the data center field, especially for the international data center owner.

· International hyper-scale Data Center engineering experience.

· Degree of Master's or above.

· Experience in site selection of the hyper-scale data center.

· Engineer Certification, or Professional Engineer license.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a variety of end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive awareness and leads. You’ll be involved in the planning, segmentation, creative and execution.
• Oversee the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Help with the creation of a wide variety of online and offline materials to support the retail team – brochures, in-store collaterals.

HSE Supervisor is responsible to ensure the adequate applicability of Safety, Health and Environment procedures for the Project. He/ She report to the HSE Manager.

Roles and responsibilities of HSE Supervisor are:

• Assist the Site HSE Manager in any duty He/She shall perform.
• To prepare and implement a vigilant Site and control procedure.
• Attend Subcontractor kick-off Meeting
• Prepare the layout for these sites and clearly indicate all underground systems such as the electrical network.
• Prepare the layout that clearly indicates an arrangement of the fire fighting equipment.
• Attend periodical or special HSE meetings as required.
• Assist in the performance of risk assessment.
• Inspect all equipment before entering the site and provide agreement to its documents and certificates (safety & security requirements).
• Participate in HSE scheduled work area audits or inspections and ensure the implementation and document required corrective actions.
• Check and give agreement to all HSE equipment before its use (i.e. lifting equipment, scaffolds).
• Ensure that personal protection equipment is suitable for the use for which it is intended.
• Distribute to Subcontractor the standards, procedures or any other documentation that may be required to organize the work safely.
• Carry out inspections to ensure compliance with Subcontractor Site HSE Plan, Construction HSE Plan, Client requirements and national and local regulations.
• Prepare periodic Safety Reports, such as Monthly HSE Report, ensuring their distribution in a timely manner.

As a QC Superintendent you are tasked to be responsible in overseeing the Quality Control (QC) program. Develop, implement, and maintain robust QC quality management system in compliant with Alcon quality policy and GxP requirements at Tuas. In this role, a typical day will include:

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all aspects of handling, testing and documentation in QC are in compliance with GMP, Alcon Corporate Standards and any applicable Regulatory/Medical Device Standards that may apply. Ensure that any identified compliance gaps are escalated and appropriate actions to address the gaps are put in place.
• Data Integrity: Ensure that all associates always apply and follow the Data Integrity principles of ALCOA+. Promote awareness of the Data Integrity principles and ensure that all adequate support is provided to implement all Data Integrity initiatives at the site.
• Monitor Product Quality Compliance. Analyze testing results and the frequency and severity of product defects and quality lapses. Conduct root cause analysis for product defects and quality lapses.
• Manage Laboratory Operations. Determine and implement optimal calibration and maintenance standards for laboratory equipment operation. Investigate underlying causes, technical faults and practices that impact laboratory operations and systems functionality. Provide prompt technical support for equipment breakdown troubleshooting and diagnostic recovery. Manage and maintain sufficient lab supplies and ensure no shortage of supplies. Drive sourcing of new/alternative lab supplies for business continuity.
• Plan, initiate and monitor QC training for QC associates in regular intervals. Responsible for QC training program and implementation.
• Responsible in Stability Management Program. Review and approve stability records.
• Optimize quality and efficiency of QC workflows and activities. Oversee the introduction of new workflow improvements to improve efficiency. Establish Good Laboratory Practices policies. Develop strategies and implement initiatives to encourage continuous improvement of QC procedures, activities, and workflow management. Monitor the effectiveness of improvement and changes made. Facilitate the laboratory gap/regulatory assessment.
• Support launches of product in close collaboration with AS&T. Review and approve analytical method validation, instrument qualification and requalification. Ensure all validation work follow Alcon local procedures and quality manual, ISO13485, US FDA, EU MDR and applicable regulatory requirements. Participate in AS&T global community meetings.
• Manage department financial budget and drive productivity and savings in the organization.
• Drive HSE compliance, model behavior and manage associates in a manner, which provides a safe work environment for all associates that meets site HSE requirements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive QC operations objectives and quality improvement.
• People development. Supervise / Provide guidance, coaching and required training to the managing team. Work together with supervisor to improve competency of the team.
