1. Bachelor's or Master degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline;
2. 3+ years experience in frontend engineering, with demonstrable experience in JavaScript /Node.js/ HTML/ CSS, React/ Vue/ Angular and packaging frameworks like Webpack/ Rollup/ Babel/ AST/ Gulp;
3. Familiar with key concepts like functional and asynchronous programming, closures and types, layouts, specificity, animation, cross browser compatibility, data security and accessibility;
4. Good understanding of multi-tier application architecture and protocols, familiarity with product and software development lifecycle process;
5. Agile, quick self learner, highly self-motivated with strong sense of product ownership and creative problem solver;
6. Deeply passionate about software coding/development and building great mobile/web applications;
7. Good collaborator and team player, comfortable working in a fast moving, culturally diverse and globally distributed team environment.

• Perform ATE Test Program Design and Development for new products (Production and Characterization Test)
• Design and create Final Test Loadboard and Wafersort Probecard
• Manage Characterization Testing, prepare test specifications, define tests, conditions, criteria, etc.
• Responsible for test debugging, RMA analysis, and improving test solutions (HW and SW)

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• At least 3 years of ATE Test Program Development (C++/VB) experience with J750, UltraFlex, Advantest 93K, Advantest T2K test programming.

What will I be doing?

• Drive product strategy and build features to protect the integrity of content on the platform, the safety of our creators and provide the best possible experience for our LIVE users.

• Define product roadmap, set metrics that inform the success of safety efforts, work with the cross functional teams to implement product solutions.

• Work hands-in-hands with dedicated counterparts in Data, User research, Design, Engineering and cross-functionally with Data Policy, Operation, Public Relations, Government Relations, Creator management team and so on.

What should I bring with me?

• 3+ years of experience in product management in internet companies, or entrepreneurial experience of founding and leading your own tech start-up. Candidates with experience at top-tier consulting companies are also considered.

• Bachelor degree in Computer science or similar technical background is highly preferred for this role.

• Highly data-driven, capable of in-depth data interpretation, able to dive deep into data to distill user insights and articulate the problems in a clear manner to cross-functional teams.

• Have strong empathy with users and be able to design product solutions based on evidence; proven track record of pushing ambitious products, and/or organizational or process changes. • Be a team player, mission-driven and highly motivated.
