Responsibilities

• Reporting to the regional HRD, this role overseas the entire HR operations in Singapore and collaborate with Regional & Global HR team and work with external vendors, serve as the primary point of contact for employee support, addressing and resolving inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, recruitment and other employee-related matters in Singapore.
• Ensure effective internal communications and reporting to the regional and global HQ; execute HR strategies effectively and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records include personal information and payroll inputs.
• Process and review contracts, letters, emails related to employment and HR procedures.
• Continuously improve the employee support processes and knowledge base through feedback analysis, identifying areas for enhancement, and provided recommended solutions.

• Maintain confidentiality of work-related issues, records, and company information, able to seek instructions and permission where appropriate.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 6-8 years HR operation or related role, ideally with work experience in legal and/or financial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of HR operation processes, regulations and familiarity with human capital management principles and practices.
• Knowledge in payroll and finance is preferred.

Primary Purpose:

As the People Services manager, you will oversee HR operations (both offshore and in-house) in Southeast Asia and manage regional/local HR projects.

This role is crucial for aligning local/regional objectives with global strategies, ensuring compliance, and fostering continuous improvement.

You will work closely with regional leadership and stakeholders to deliver seamless HR services and drive strategic initiatives.

This role is a management role with 1 direct report, and is reporting to regional Senior Manager, HR Technology and Operations.

Operational Excellence

• Align local/regional objectives with global priorities. Drive operation consistency and standardization across the region.
• Act as the HR Operations subject matter expert for local/regional HR services with a key focus on employee experience, managing HR operations (both offshore and in-house) to ensure best-in-class service delivery.
• Act as the primary escalation point to help solve both day-to-day and more complex operational problems, as well as the primary point person for partnering on projects, initiatives, and process design with departments across the Tapestry and our brands.

The Grant Process team oversees all grant applications and claim submissions for the grants managed by the organization. You will be part of the team to ensure compliance and accountability in grant administration, work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve targets and deliver good client experience.

• Evaluate the eligibility of grant applications and issue grant offers to companies.
• Verify claims submissions on project achievements and eligibility of claim, and guide juniors on the same.
