The Executive in Organisation Excellence (OE) Team will play a pivotal role in driving process improvements and operational efficiencies across the organization.   • Reviewing each application individually to verify the authenticity and accuracy of applicants' high school results and other relevant details.
  • Setting up and hosting virtual Zoom sessions for CS and SE faculty members to conduct applicant interviews.
  • Ensuring applicants attempt the tests set by SCIS before their interviews.
  • Contacting applicants to inform them of their scholarships outcomes.

• To update survey questions
• Send survey links and reminders to students and parents

• Work with Qlik Sense team to ensure survey results are ported timely and accurately to the Qlik Sense Survey Analytics dashboard.

The Transportation Operations Coordinator is responsible for  ensuring the smooth operation of our logistical activities by driving carrier and service provider performance through collaboration and coordination of processes, carriers, and facilities. Ensures performance and lowest cost transportation by analyzing company and customer needs, researching transportation methods and auditing carrier costs and performances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build customer relationship and provide excellent customer service, understanding their needs and goals
• Identify and address issues that may impact customer satisfaction and work on solutions to improve the overall customer experience

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Work on site assessment and remediation related projects, under supervision, in accordance to client requirements, local regulations and international standards;

• Assist in writing technical reports to present the findings, analysis and recommendations using ArcGIS, Microsoft Office, gINT, and other softwares;

• Contributing to environmental projects and business growth in Singapore, SE Asia, and Asia (depending project opportunities) on technical aspects of one or more of the following: Environmental Impact Assessment, Pollution Control Study, Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Due Diligence, etc;
• May involve both field work for sampling and site reconnaissance and also a range of softwares knowledge such as AERMOD, CAL3QHCR, SoundPlan, ArcGIS, Visio, etc.;
• Coordination and working closely with biodiversity team to understand the relationship between physical (air, noise, vibration) and biological environment and learn to learn to analyse this in the technical reports;
• Ability to work on a combination of these services will be highly regarded;

These include projects such as impact assessment and planning, baseline studies, coastal adaptation and climate change related hydrology and water quality;
• May involve both field work for sampling and site reconnaissance and also a range of softwares knowledge such as Delft 3D, MIKE, SWMM, ArcGIS, etc.;
• Coordination and working closely with biodiversity team to understand the relationship between aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems and learn to analyse this in the technical reports;

Responsibilities:

• Support technical advice on Noise, Vibration and Building Acoustics, working closely with Project Managers and Project Directors

• Conduct Building Acoustics assessments
• Coordinate and face the Client to handle the financial aspects of the project and to ensure that the estimated budget is adequately tracked and suitable for the project team
• Be responsible for issued reports and associated technical output and be able to defend them with multinational clients and government agencies;
