About the role:

As Account Director you will be responsible for overseeing a growing collective of key influencer marketing accounts whilst managing and developing junior team members. You’ll lead on client strategy and high stake campaigns within your pod; building longer term roadmaps for clients and repeat business based on successful campaign strategy. But this is importantly also a role to inspire the team, we want to empower the team to own their role, responsibilities, and impact positive change.

Responsibilities:

• Confidently represent Brainlabs’ Influencer product in new business pitches / cross-sells
  • Collaborating with our regional and product specialists to develop proactive proposals, insights pieces, and strategies - with a view to increasing client success and client retention
• Own influencer marketing strategy in the region and for clients
• Client growth; grow, expand and leverage client relationships. Be a true partner to Brainlabs’ clients business. Lead and develop a growing team of higher performing Influencer Marketers
• Take an active role in developing and evolving Brainlabs’ influencer solutions in APAC, in collaboration with Brainlabs’ global product experts.
• Be a radiator for the Influencer product in APAC

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process
• Assist in the administration and execution of HR functions and processes assigned e.g. recruitment, orientation, processing of new appointments, contract renewals, exit management, performance management, administration of leave, employee benefits, compensation, awards, communication and staff wellness programmes, etc.
• Organize files, printing, perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Interaction with stakeholders internally and externally of the organization
• Manage end-to-end training administration processes including tracking attendances, event management, sending email reminders to employees who have yet to complete their required training hours, preparing of training reports, and agreements.
• Tracking and collation of Feedbacks in different platforms
• Audit – Maintain a secured archival to support annual and ad-hoc audit exercises.
• Other works or adhoc projects as and when assigned.

Requirements:

• Strong initiative with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient with basic Microsoft Office applications
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized, meticulous, able to multi-task
• Positive attitude, high energy and willing to learn

This is a contract position attached to a CC managing the holistic activities programme for children from low-income families. Location: Central (Nearest MRT: Chinatown)

Duration: 1 year

Job Scope

-Work with other agencies and partners on developing new programmes for the students

-Lead a small team to oversee the smooth operation of the Centre

-Handle and follow up with any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

-Diploma or Degree

-Able to work shifts including on weekends

-Have similar work experience or interest to work with youngsters

Working Hours

Monday to Sunday: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend, either Saturday or Sunday (5 day work week)

AM shift: 9am to 6pm

PM shift: 1pm to 10pm

Salary: $3,000 to $5,000 monthly
