Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

• Perform server administration tasks (for on-premise and cloud infrastructure), including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring, ensuring system architecture components work together seamlessly.

• Monitor servers and application health using pre-existing management tools and respond to hardware issues as they arise; help build, test, and maintain new servers as needed.

• Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates; support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments.

• Interact with the help desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed.

• Perform routine/scheduled audits of the systems, including all backups.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or recognized Diploma in technology or computer science.

• Candidates with Microsoft Certifications preferred.

• Proven work experience in IT - primarily Microsoft platform (on-premise and cloud)

• In-depth knowledge of Windows Servers, Operating systems, current equipment and technologies, Office 365 Administration, system performance-monitoring tools, managing active directories, virtualization (Hyper-V), HTTP traffic, content delivery, and caching

• Experience in managing cloud infrastructure on Azure, migrating servers and active directory to Azure.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate, manage and maintain spare parts inventory level for Service Division. Raise Purchase Request for inventory
• Create I Update parts catalogue
• Maintain running sequence for new Sales Code
• Provide cost details of parts when customer's Schedule of Rates need review Liaise with regional on Trading Sales arrangement

General Scope :

1. Support in implementation and participate in the continuous improvement effort in the areas of Safety, Quality, Environment and Health Management System (for example SS506 part 3, ISO 9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, IATF 16949).

7. Manage in-house contractors to execute maintenance timely and effectively.
8. Manage inventory control, quality of in-house contractor and vendor work.
9. Responsible to ensure ISO/Mandatory calibration document, instrument files and work order documentation is timely complete with accurate in accordance with SOP
10. Develop, revise and review of SOPs for maintenance/inspection of plant electrical and instrumentation equipment (eg. TI, TT, PI, PT, CV, on/off valve, motor, Switchgear, MCC etc.).
11. Prepare documentation pertaining to procedures, qualities and safety of maintenance work.
12. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with AKSS EHS policies.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation engineering or the equivalent.
2. Min 5 years of experience as an E&I Engineer in chemical plant.
3. Basic understanding of maintenance technology, equipment, instruments, electrical and manufacturing process.
4. Demonstrate ability to manage contractors/vendor independently and effectively.
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• To source, evaluate, analyse and select service providers that are suitable for hotel operations, such as stewarding contract, pest control, cleaning contractors, equipment maintenance, canteen provider etc. Submit proposal with proper job specification and recommendations.
