Job Responsibilities

• Perform end to end accounts payable and employee payable process.
• Prepare and manage cash flow forecast and banking interfaces.
• Manage receivables, intercompany reconciliation, fixed assets, bank reconciliation.
• Maintain general ledger accounts, prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Perform month end close including preparation and analysis of Balance Sheet/ Profit & Loss and financial/ management reports.
• Prepare actuals vs budget travel and entertainment reports.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and other statutory bodies.
• Assist in internal audit, SOX compliance, and external audit activities.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders on any issue resolutions.
• Provide guidance to employees on policies and procedures.
• Prepare standard operating procedures.
• Drive improvements to streamline processes and enhance controls.
• Other ad-hoc tasks and projects.

Job Description:

• Handle daily operations activities including but not limited to: Cashiering duties, Kitchen duties, Preparing desserts and Outlet Cleanliness duties

Role and Responsibilities:

•  Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for enhancing vessel financial performance.
•  Develop insightful analysis and assist internal stakeholders to provide recommendations with the objective of financial improvement.
•  Track and submit monthly KPI Report to management.
•  Manage business unit’s / sub-business units’ implementation of improvement actions.
•  Conduct benchmarking exercises.
•  Analyse data and provide insights for P&L forecasting and budgeting.

Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s degree in either business administration, accounting, data science, statistics, mathematics, or similar subject from a recognized university.
•  Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
•  The expertise to deep-dive and gain insights from data is a must.
•  Excellent charting and graphical representation skills to enable effective communication of insights to management.
•  Driven and a self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

• Monitor and ensure plant equipment integrity and reliability.

Requirements

• Possess Degree in Chemical Engineering or its equivalent, experience in petroleum, chemical or polymer industries added advantage.
• Have knowledge of process control and troubleshooting, hands on knowledge of plant equipment and instrumentation.
• Essential prerequisites include good analytical and technical report writing skills, ability to be a team player with leadership, initiative, drive & commitment, able to take pressure and able to communicate well with others.
• This is a shift work position (i.e. Rotating AM and PM shifts, including weekends and Public Holiday) and there will be scheduled off days.
