REQUIREMENTS:

• Singaporean / Permanent Residents

• Minimum 2+ years experience in both design and documentation work for small to medium scale interior projects

• Minimum Diploma in Interior Design, Bach. Degree in Architecture preferred

• Software proficiency requirement: Autocad, Sketchup, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite

Junior Sous Chef -

Responsibilities include:

Maintain a team-oriented personality with strong people management skills;
Be actively involved in menu development and maintaining updated and accurate costing of all dishes prepared and sold;
Oversee the organization of kitchen stock & ingredients; verifying all food products are properly dated and organized for quality assurance;
Work closely with the company’s Head Chef and the company on supply ordering, maintaining costs, kitchen efficiency & staffing;
Ensure all food preparation and presentation by the team closely follows recipes and SOP guidelines, and are delivered in accordance with the brand’s appearance/quality standards;
Actively respond to and handle guest problems and complaints;
Trains new kitchen employees to restaurant and kitchen standards; capitalizing on informal opportunities to coach and mentor, taking interest in others’ personal development;
Ensure proper purchasing, receiving and food storage standards in the kitchen. Maintain high-quality levels of receiving, storage, production and presentation of food;
Ensure proper grooming and hygiene standards for all kitchen staff
Ensure all equipment in the kitchen is properly maintained and in working order in accordance with SFA standards. Promptly feedback to management team if any issues arise.
Assist the company in expansion plans.

• Learn all about our products and stay up-to-date with new features and trends.
• Review clinical protocols, handle grant submissions, and manage other clinical and administrative tasks necessary for conducting clinical work.

What You Need:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferably in Healthcare or science-related field), or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to travel when required.
• Ownership of a motorbike or possession of a valid motorbike license in Singapore will be an added advantage (transport allowance provided).
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin, Tamil, or Malay would be an additional advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in medical or wellness-related industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and build rapport.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the capacity to identify and address customer needs and challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and effectively prioritize tasks.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of both independent work and collaborative teamwork.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain accounts, which includes but is not limited to:

· Accounting for expenses and payment of vendor invoices

· Ensuring healthy AP/AR aging

· Performing journal entries

· Preparing month end schedules and reconciliations

· Ensuring month end close is executed within established timelines

• Perform monthly variance analysis to identify irregularities, anomalies and areas of improvement.
• Communicate and collaborate with relevant stakeholders on accounting matters to ensure accuracy and timeliness of work.
• Participate in company and department initiatives to simplify processes, enhance internal controls, and increase efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Accounts Executive in a mid-sized organisation. Ship management experience is an advantage, but not essential.
• ACCA/Degree/Diploma in Accountancy
• Good working knowledge of Singapore and International Financial Reporting Standards
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics GP, or other mid-range accounting systems
• Independent, self-starter, strong in critical thinking, proactive, resourceful, team-player
• Good communication skills
