• Office hours, 9:30am to 6:30pm to be worked over 5 days between Monday to Saturday (Saturdays being rotational). Able to work on rotational public holidays.

Our laboratory is growing rapidly and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Project Assistant to join our team. This position will work with a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. • Provide day to day departmental support to Project Management such as maintaining clinical reports, contacting sites for query resolution, missing samples and forms;
• Perform data entry and updates;
• Complete requests and follow up with requestor as needed;
• Conduct quality checks of departmental documents; and
• Other general administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma and 3 years of experience of relevant field;
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; and
• Prior experience in a central laboratory will be advantageous
