Job Description

• Cultivate positive relationships with landlords, authorities, licensees, and subcontractors to foster effective collaboration.
• Support relevant authority inspectors during outlet inspections and follow up on required actions.
• Coordinate with landlords on building matters, joint promotions, and events.
• Lead lease renewal negotiations and ensure adherence to terms with licensees.
• Source and recommend suitable food options to fill vacant stalls, ensuring variety and appeal.
• Conduct regular food quality checks and provide constructive feedback to licensees.
• Maintain stall selling prices in accordance with licensee agreements.
• Evaluate subcontractor performance and provide guidance to ensure high-quality service and achieve excellence in housekeeping standards. Additionally, plan and execute M&E works according to schedule.

Requirements:

• Able to stand long hours
• Able to work on rotating shifts and weekends
• Desired qualifications include a diploma in F&B, supply chain, or related fields, along with proficiency in.
• Candidates should possess basic computer skills, including MS Word and Excel, and demonstrate familiarity with WSHA, HACCP, and MUIS regulations.
• Have a hands-on experience in F&B operations, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to cultivate positive working relationships. Previous supervisory roles and experience in the F&B sector are advantageous.

Roles & Responsibilities

- attend to all patient enquires

- receptionist duties at front counter, inculding patient registration, cashiering, scheduling appointments etc

- prepare and dispense medications

- accurate of clinical data entry into patient care computer system

- maintain filing system, coordinate appointments and other administrative duties

- liaising with insurance companies for insurance claims

- opening and closing of clinic

- ensuring the cleanliness of the general area and consultation rooms

- receipt and ordering of medication/consumables/investigations

Provide ad-hoc IT maintenance support/Helpdesk, troubleshooting, monitoring, and resolving desktop PC and printer issues on customer site. Be the first point of contact to customer calls on IT related problems. Involve in deployment of new hardware and/or software for multiple users and locations. Perform installation and troubleshooting of IT hardware & software in a large and fast paced user environment. Standby Duties may be required. Open to working in customer premises. Ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by reporting manager.
