As the Customer Service Officer, you will work directly with customers to meet their needs, answer their questions and provide support.

Job Description(s):

• Answers customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and/or in-person
• Performs call and email follow up with customers.
• Generate sales leads with selling products and promoting services
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Develops a rapport with customers
• Attends monthly staff meetings
• Makes recommendations to management to improve customer experience
• Assist with placement of orders, renewals, refunds, or claims
• Go the extra mile to engage or service existing customers

Job Requirement(s):

• Min. GCE O level, A level, Diploma holder in any field or other equivalent qualifications
• Entry candidate with the right skillsets and attitude are welcome to apply
• Proficient in speaking both English and Mandarin (for liaison with Mandarin speaking customers)
• Possess relevant experience in call center or customer service environment preferred
• Know how to genuinely have fun in an environment charged with people energy
• 5.5-days work week

REQUIREMENT

• MINIMUM GCE"O" LEVEL / DIPLOMA / 'A' LEVEL
• COMPUTER LITERATE (MS EXCEL, MS OFFICE, MS POWERPOINT, MS WORD)
• STRONG INTERPERSONAL, GOOD COMMUNICATION AND ORGANIZATION SKILLS.
• MATURE, WELL-ORGANIZED AND ABLE WORK INDEPENDENTLY.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Vehicle Mechanic to join our team of automotive experts. The Vehicle Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of passenger cars. The ideal candidate should have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality automotive services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical, electrical, and technical issues.
• Diagnosis: Use diagnostic tools and equipment to pinpoint problems and provide accurate diagnoses to customers.
• Repairs: Perform a wide range of repairs, including engine, transmission, suspension, and brake system repairs. Ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and meet high-quality standards.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks to keep vehicles in optimal condition.
• Part Replacement: Replace or repair defective parts, components, and systems using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all repairs, services, and parts used. Complete repair orders and other documentation as required.
• Safety: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines when working on vehicles. Ensure that all repaired vehicles meet safety standards.
• Customer Communication: Explain repair recommendations to customers in a clear and understandable manner. Provide cost estimates and obtain customer approval before starting work.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including service advisors and parts personnel, to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a vehicle mechanic or automotive technician.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components.
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and precision in work.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Nitec or equivalent; additional automotive training or certifications preferred.
