Duties and Responsibilities

• Communicate, promote and manage the company’s vision with respect to HSE standards, behaviour and performance.
• Communicate and promote a ‘Process Safety’ culture that supports continuous HSE improvement and actively engage workers through company-wide programs.
• Ensure appropriate resources are made available to develop, document, implement, maintain and comply with Process systems and programs.
• Regulatory and environmental compliance.
• Perform regular site inspections and training and Process safety meeting to assure safety and performance compliance.
• Ensure Process safety agenda, priority, and work plan were delivered as agreed,
• Perform employee performance reviews and continuous improvement programs.
• Conduct, perform, document and track Process Incident Reports and Incident Investigations.
• Develop and lead Process Hazard Analysis (HA) on existing and new processes.
• Develop and provide oversight and conduct audits for the site Management of Change (MOC) Process.
• Develop and provide oversight and conduct audits for Pre Start-up Safety Reviews(PSSR).
• Participate in Individual Disciplinary Action Discussion related to Safety or Performance Issues while working with Department Managers towards corrective action.
• Responsible for implementation and continual improvement of the site process safety, loss prevention and contractor safety.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree preferable in Engineering.
• 5 years of supervisor and above.
• Preferably with 5 years of relevant working experience in oil and gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of process safety and good business sense.
• HAZOP and PSSR facilitator.

Supervisor Responsibilities

• Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates

• Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks

• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching

• Receive complaints and resolve problems

• Maintain timekeeping and personnel records

• Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa

• Prepare and submit performance reports

• Decide on reward and promotion based on performance

• Hire and train new employees

• Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises

Requirements

• Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role

• Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field

• Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office

• Handling, checking, receiving and picking of goods via WMS system in multi-temperature environment
• Ensure accuracy of goods description and quantity upon put away in storage
• Assist in picking and processing all sales order by end of the day
• Proper housekeeping and maintaining of storage area and MHE assigned
• Daily cycle count prompted via system to ensure stock accuracy

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Operations
1. To prepare in generating sales order comply with the sales order processing procedure to ensure that the whole process run smoothly from start to end.
2. Check and verify accuracy of selling prices so as to ensure that the goods are sold at the contracted or agreed price and not sold below cost.

3. To issue Intercompany & customers weekly/monthly backlog & shipping instruction.

4. To liaise with Shipping Department for incoming shipment for urgent unstuffing, invoices for customers prior to shipment.

5. Assist in input inquiry to Japan and other direct factories and generating purchase requisition to Material Control Department.
6. To follow up for lead time reply from factories, acknowledgement of sales confirmation from customers.

7. Attend to customers request of sending open order sheet and stock availability list.

8. Updating of documents properly to ensure easy retrieval of documents / information within the department.
9. To liaise with customer and sales personal to ensure correct delivery instructions.

Quality
10. Comply with all ISO documentation requirements and ensure procedures are adhered to.

11. Ensure company price sensitive and stock information are adhere with confidentiality especially and sending to correct recipients.

Job Info:

• Salary: Basic up to $4500 + VB
• Working Hour: 5 Days (Monday - Friday); 9am - 6pm
• Location: Mattar

Job Scope:

• System configuration, Testing & Commissioning of Integrated Audio Visual and Videoconferencing solution
• Conduct end user trainings to end users on how to use the Solution(s) implemented
• Work closely with in house AV Designers and Engineers to implement full integrated solutions for venues like meeting room, lecture room, experience centre, command centre, auditorium, ballroom, etc
• Study the schematic drawings to understand the technical & functional requirements to implement each solution
• Assist in after sales service
