Requirement

1. Minimum 10+ years of experience in Business Development and Sales with familiarity in the aluminium construction related industry and possesses large network of client’s resources.
2. Excellent ability to develop large customer resources, capable of creating a regional customer map through point resources and radiating resource networks.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills, excellent verbal expression abilities, and robust capabilities in customer development and relationship management.
4. Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to deliver exceptional results.
5. Proven track record of building business and hitting sales targets.
6. Good understanding of contracts and legal issues associated with them.
7. Analytical mindset with proficiency in market analysis, sales forecasting, and performance tracking.
