Key Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
Under the operation and ecommerce execution team, you will in charge of the daily operation, inventory and ecommerce management
• Receive incoming and outgoing of goods.
• Handle administrative duties including proper organisation of records/data keeping
• Act as a liaison between drivers and customers and provide the necessary support to ensure smooth operations and good customer service
• Manage the day-to-day operations on online marketplaces, including the updating of storefronts, order fulfilment and resolution of customer enquiries and other issues.
• Develop and manage livestreaming campaigns on TikTok and other platforms, including the engagement and maintenance of relationships with KOLs.
• Assist marketing and events team in project planning
Requirements
• Independent and flexible in taking on new task.
• Candidate must possess good communication skills and be customer oriented
• Flexi Working hours, 5 days work week
• Training will be provided
