As device modeling engineer, the candidate is to analyze/interpret test results, develop and deliver SPICE models for Process Design Kits development. Candidate should have strong interests and willing to learn Semiconductor physics and able to work with various departments/customers to deliver final product or to resolve issues. • Analyze and represent semiconductor devices with industry standard models.
• Applies knowledge of semiconductor physics and devices to evaluate and analyze test results
• Works closely with device and other modeling engineers to interpret test results and debug device and measurement issues
• Prepares reports summarizing results or to make technical recommendations.
• Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed
• Some basic programming is needed for data analysis. Preferred python

• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Masters degree
• Min 2 Years of Experience

Job Duties :

• Arranges for letter mailing and courier services
• Attends to general and administrative emails and circulates to relevant departments.
• Maintain and circulate the event forecasts.
• Monitor the maximum limit of the employees’ outpatient medical expenses and inform the HODs to advise the employee to download the MHC mobile application.
• Ensure office supplies such as stationeries, sanitary and pantry items are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times
• Supervise cleaners and security guards.
• Assist in the maintenance schedules/replacement of office equipment and automobiles.
• Recruit workers through advertisements and apply for work passes.
• Administer seminar and training registration and records.
• Prepare punch cards, overtime forms and leave records for payroll processing.
• Administer the E leave system.
• Participate in WSH and Annual Dinner and Dance Committee.
• Issue staff ID cards and temporary cards.
• Answer incoming calls in the administration office.
• Monitor renewal contracts and memberships.
