Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers and journals.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and accounts.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure financial compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors as needed.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Address and resolve any financial discrepancies or issues.
- Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and accounting standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education is preference is not necessary But have strong knowledge must.
- Experience with financial reporting and budgeting.
- Familiarity with tax preparation and compliance.
- Knowledge of industry-specific accounting practices.
