• Conduct daily walk-through/inspection to ensure that all infrastructure and equipment are in good working condition and provide feedback on any abnormality of failure of equipment for rectification.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance on infrastructure and equipment.
• Repair and replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment.
• Maintain critical spare parts list to minimize production downtime and to plan for sufficient stock of critical spare parts based on possible impact and frequency of parts failure.
• Attend and assist to vendors/ contractors within factory during servicing and maintenance of production, facilities and safety equipment.
• Ensure fire protection equipment is properly maintained and up to date.
• Strictly enforce and follow all health, safety, environment and quality procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechatronics/Mechanical or Electrics/Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar environment
