Key accountability (Main purpose of this job):

· To check and verifies Sub Contractors claim (Invoices) in line with agreed with Project Scope of Works.

· Close monitoring on daily operational Projects, Maintenance and Other Ad Hoc projects sites cost control.

· Regular visit to client and plant owner to maintain good relationship and listen feedback of company daily operation.

· To conduct monthly operation meeting with projects and maintenance team to take feedback and improvement together with Safety Team.

· To participate project’s management, walk about as and when required.

· Prepare Safe Work Procedures, Risk Assessment, Method Statement, Fall Prevention Plan (FPP), Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) together with site team.

· Close monitor usages on all job site company’s properties, vehicle, materials, equipment and tools are regularly inspected and good taken care off.

· Recommend increment, safety award, performance award to workers of good performance & safe practices at job site.

· Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.

supervision.

· Comply with engine manuals, operation sheets and parameter sheets.

· Check and verify part number and serial number against traveler.

· Prepare part by cleaning with acetone, polishing, wire brush or scotch

bright before welding.

· Set up equipment to accommodate variations in parts and ensure

quality welds are achieved.

· Maintain good housekeeping practices on machines and in work area.

· Thoroughly complete production paperwork and systems

transactions.

· Wear necessary protective gloves, masks, shields and coats as
