• Prepare detailed bill of quantities, and carry out accurate accounting of various quantities to ensure that the quotation conforms to the design drawings and specifications

• Able to advice and propose based on - Construction of steel cofferdam in water, Underwater pile construction, Equipment Structural standard, Earthwork survey, Geological research

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 10 year(s) of working experience in the construction projects

• At least 5 years in bridge construction project

• Experience with Marine or Shipyard Project will be an advantage

• Ability to clearly particulate expectations

• Ability in quality control and checking

• Able to supervise and lead the survey team for handling all survey related issues.

• Able to provide design and drawings based on requirement and quotation.

• Able to provide advices on altering design changes to suit site condition.

• Comprehensive problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge on Underwater Construction Site exp: Construction of steel cofferdam in water, Underwater pile construction, Equipment Structural standard, Earthwork survey, Geological research

• All devices and equipment are properly functioning (eg POS hardware, printers, music equipment, iPad, facial recognition device, walkie-talkie, toilets etc)
• Completion of daily shift certificates
• Weekly inspection of cleanliness of restaurant and all side stations
• Submit requisition of Front-of-House consumables to Operation Manager for approval

- Full handling of guest table & seating arrangement:

• Handles table reservation system
• Man outlet phone/mobile by responding to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
• Monitors restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow
• Receive and confirm walk-in and online/phone reservations
• Usher guests to their tables and provide them with menus

4. Plan weekly duty roster, attendance & overtime, ensuring effective arrangement and usage of manpower and seek approval from Operation Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follows an assigned, daily route or non-routine schedules for the safe transportation of laboratory specimens from client facilities to the laboratory and observing all traffic laws & safety at all times.
• Accords timely collection of specimens and delivery of laboratory reports to customers.
• Packs supplies ordered by customers.
• Prepares ice packs in specimen collection bags and ensure specimens are maintained within allowable temperature.
• Observe biohazard and safety guidelines.
• Ensure the proper maintenance and repairs of motor vehicle to avoid downtime incidence that may affect the timely delibery of Eurofins services.
• Accords an efficient time-management schedule in performing all routes.
• Diligent sorting and distribution of laboratory reports to ensure timely deliveries.
• Adopt proper documentation procedures in the discharge of your duties.
• Observe PDPA guidelines to ensure the accurate sorting and delviery of laboratory reports by self and courier team of any company documents/materials that contain personal data.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Qualifications: GCE ‘O’ Level, or equivalent.
• Familiar with Singapore roads and routes assigned.
• Service and customer oriented
• Proficiency in English.
• Relevant work experience in a hospital laboratory is an added advantage.
• Own a motorcycle.
