Debt Portfolio Management

· Supervise loan drawings/rollovers and prompt loan interest payments

· Oversee the compliance of loan covenants relating to the debt portfolio

· Guide the review of cash flow position of development projects with development financing in place to identify surplus funds/cash deficits

Interest Rate/ Foreign Exchange Risk Management

· Identify and monitor the interest rate/forex risk exposure of the debt portfolio

· Assess the need for interest rate risk/forex management and make appropriate hedging recommendations

· Stay updated on interest rate/currencies movements and research/analyse economic impact on interest rate/currencies market trends/outlook

· Developing and implementing strategies and tactics to manage interest/ currency risk exposures which includes transaction hedging and balance sheet hedging

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking or a related field

2. At least 10 years working experience (multi-type dealing experience is preferable) in treasury business with qualification of FMRP (Financial Markets Regulatory Practices) exam in Singapore

3. Tact and ability to interact with staff and management at all levels in order to achieve mutually acceptable resolution of incidents

4. Require determination to succeed in the implementation of processes in the face of some reluctant parties

Shanghai J TCM Wellness is a beauty salon located at the Heart of Jurong west market. Our company have been in the beauty industry for over 15 years. Our clients are mainly from the neighbourhood with large customer base. We offer a huge variety of hair services for our clients as well as other beauty services such as facial and TCM treatments. Basic requirements:

-Consultant experience needed for managerial roles otherwise beauty industry experience

- 6 days work week

- Able to commute well with peers / a team player
- Able to speak basic Chinese and English to maintain good after-sales relationship with different racial clients. (Most clients speak English and Chinese only)
- Strong negotiation and selling skills, well groomed and presentable.

- Able to multitask and speak Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative, inspiring creative solutions, from broad concept development through to production and implementation.
• Ideate, craft and execute original and iconic creative concepts in response to business objectives and communications goals.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with colleagues and suppliers.
• Manage SJ Group’s corporate identity.
• Work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams on a wide range of materials that include web pages, presentations, social media posts, videos, newsletters, brochures and marketing materials.
• Work independently as well as cooperatively with cross-functional team members and partners to deliver successful outcomes, including project, timeline and budget management.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and the latest design techniques software to guide colleagues on creative direction.

Requirements

• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills with a strong portfolio that showcases expertise in design, creativity, and aesthetic sense.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience, preferably with a creative or marketing agency
• Proficient with Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, MS Office. Good knowledge of video editing software and experience in creating short videos and website.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude, conducive to working collaboratively and seeking feedback.
• Organisational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
