We are a coffee production company located in Jurong Chin Bee area, we are inviting suitable candidate to fill in the following position:

Senior office admin executive:

The candidtate is the key role in managing daily operational tasks and providing administrative support within an organization.

Responsiblities:

1. Maintaining Files and Records: Oversees , ensuring the organization’s files and records remain updated and easily accessible.
2. Managing raw material and office supplies: liasing with incoming raw materials and outgoing finished product delivery.
3. Answering Phones and Responding to Inquiries: They handle incoming calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate colleagues.
4. Processing Invoices and Financial Documents: They handle financial paperwork, including processing invoices and other relevant documents.
5. Providing Administrative and Clerical Support: The Chief Clerk assists in various administrative duties, ensuring smooth office operations.

Requirement:

1. Singaporean/SPR

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Execl and Words.

3. Proficiency in English language.

4. Good customer relationship skill.
