Role and Responsibilities

• Support technical deployment activities to ensure appropriate technology assets and applications are deployed.
• Supports projects with evaluation, planning, testing and deployment.
• Perform 1st and 2nd level technical support and troubleshooting for IT infrastructure and application.
• Configure, monitor and maintain, PCs, Servers (VMs) and Network Devices (Routers, APs).
• Develop and maintain all system related documentation.
• Communicates effectively with internal stakeholders regarding operational issues for continuous improvements.
• Maintains awareness of the latest technology that supports business strategies.
• Ensure the company’s IT policies and procedures are adhered to.
