1. Animal Care and Welfare

• Organise and coordinate the daily workload and ensure all animals are cared for to the highest possible standards of captive animal care and welfare.

- Supervise or cause to have supervised all installation performed by appointed sub-contractor on site and ensure that work is carried out in accordance with the articles of the Sub-contract Agreement which includes site cleanness, safety measures, etc.

- Co-ordinate with client's site personnel for the use of site hoisting facilities, scaffoldings, etc as stipulated in our contract agreement.

- Arrange promptly for the relocation or return of any excess materials on site.

• Verify materials against documents and systems and escalate discrepancies to superiors.
• Ensure proper documentation of warehousing documents and ensure checklists and records are up to date.
• Perform periodic cycle counting and annual stock-take activities.
• Support production with ad hoc material requests.
• Segregate expired materials and coordinate scrap/waste disposal requests.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties on operations-related matters.
• Practice good workplace safety and housekeeping, identify potential hazards, and recommend improvements.
• Comply with company rules and regulations, and ISO requirements.
• To maintain pest-free warehouse and workplace cleanliness.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess minimum GCE"N" Level.
• Preferably 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse experience.
• Relevant experience in SAP, ASRS will be an added advantage.
• Experience in operating reach truck or possess a forklift license.
• Demonstrated ability to make value-added contributions in cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities·

• Keep production records including material stock records
• Coordinate and confirm goods receiving and goods outgoing documents to warehouse and QC·
• Support QC in printing and filing of COA and GHS SDS·
• Coordinate delivery orders from the customer service officers·
• Collect delivery tickets from drivers and do filing·
• Prepare a regular inventory list of goods from the GEO system·
• In charge of goods receiving and updating in GEO system
• Create Manufacturing Order and Batch Report for certain customers
• Print product labels and manage all product label templates

Job Requirement

• Education: At least GCE O/A Levels or ITE/Diploma in any field
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Able to commence work on short notice or immediately

· Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant or in other secretarial position

· Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office

· Proficiency in English

· Exemplary planning and time management skills

· Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications

· Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

· High level verbal and written communications skills
