Job Description:
This Kitchen Assistant assists in food preparation in the Korean restaurant. He/She ensures that utensils and work areas are clean and ready for the next shift. He/She also ensures that all kitchen equipment and structures are kept and maintained in safe and good working order at all times. He/She assists in stock take and storage of stock. He/She cooks and packages batches of food. He/She prepares and serves beverages such as coffee and fountain drinks.
