The Services required are set out as follows:
1. Clean and tidy 2 NFS kitchens, food preparation and needlework
rooms.
2. Prepare ingredients and equipment for teachers to conduct Food &
Nutrition (F&N) activities and practical work in the NFS kitchens daily.
3. Prepare students’ ingredients and materials before lesson.
4. Assist in checking and storing of goods.
5. Assist in stock taking of equipment in the NFS kitchens, food
preparation and needlework rooms.
6. Assist to ensure safety in the kitchen eg switching off of gas valves,
safe keeping of sharp objects such as knives.
7. Assist in ensuring the kitchen is ready for N and O levels National
examinations.
8. Assist in doing major spring cleaning of 2 NFS kitchens, food
preparation and needlework rooms during the June and December
school holidays.
9. Any ad hoc duties assigned as and when required based on the
needs of the school.
