• Accountable for P&L performance and managing budgets.
• Define operational requirements and implement new strategies.
• Engage customers on operational and contract matters.
• Enforce security and safety measures in the warehouse.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma holder
• Min 5 years in warehouse managerial position
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Power BI
• Good communication and presentation skills

Duties

• Responsible for reviewing and preparing intercompany transactions, balances, and the reconciliation of these balances.
• Preparing monthly reports such as sales by customer, collection forecasts, actual cashflow, profit and loss statements, and actual vs budget analyses.
• Prepare and analyze monthly management reports for the Group and its entities, while overseeing cashflow management and collections.
• Handle annual tax computations, tax submissions, and audited accounts, addressing corporate and GST tax queries as needed.
• Liaising with vendors, tax agents, and auditors is a key part of ensuring compliance with group financial policies and timely submission of accounts.
• Assist in preparing the Group's quarterly board pack and annual report, while coaching and mentoring staff.

Requirements

• Minimum ACCA or Degree equivalent qualification
• Possess knowledge in Accounting, Tax and Transfer Pricing
• Experience in group consolidation and familiarity with SGX-listed requirements are added advantages.
