• Monthly Progress Claims: Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to customers, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
  
• Project Variation and Site Instructions: Prepare, verify, and maintain records of project variation work and site instructions.
  
• Additional Duties: Perform other quantity surveying-related duties as assigned by the supervisor or project manager.
  
• Site Meetings and Documentation: Attend site meetings and record minutes, ensuring clear communication and documentation of project progress and decisions.
  

Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must.
• Preferably hold a diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• 0-1 year of relevant experience in quantity surveying, preferably in interior design.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of local building regulations and authority submission processes is an advantage.
