Job Description:

The SAP Technical Lead is responsible for driving, influencing, assessing, overseeing the technical design for various SAP solutions across various functions. You will partner with IT functional leads and the vendor partners to design and orchestrate the delivery of SAP functions, customizations and integrations with various systems; as well as managing and drive the resolution of technical issues.

· Engage and partner with internal customers, SAP team, and system integrator/application maintenance vendors to deliver business systems and processes.

· Assess technical solutions proposed by vendor partners.

· Proficient with various integrations with SAP S/4HANA system using SAP CPI, CIG, ODATA and hands-on expertise in SAP integration ALE, IDOCS and Web Services / RESTful required, for integrations with various systems such as Ariba, Concur, Success Factors, SAP Cloud Platform, BI/dashboarding tools and other non-SAP systems.

· Involve in supporting, troubleshooting and resolving system integration issues for Ariba CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway)

· Conduct regular reviews of the application portfolio and technical landscape to identify code redundancies/inefficiencies or system/program performance issues and work with vendor partners to recommend, improve and resolve.

· Build credible relationships with peers and stakeholders.

· Drive and manage technical projects relating to the SAP landscape.

Job Requirements:

· Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related disciplines

· Minimum 10+ years’ hands-on experience in SAP ABAP

· Minimum 3-5 years’ hands-on experience in ALE/IDOC/Web Services/RESTful integrations experience

· Technical proficiency with at least 1 to 2 full life cycle of S/4 HANA (1809 or later) implementation and HANA support projects experience.

· Hands on expertise in SAP Cloud products & related processes/ services.

Lead Standard Cell Characterization Engineer

(Senior Staff Engineer level)

Responsibilities:

· Reporting to the Technology, Advanced Development (located in Singapore), you will be the lead to execute library characterization flows, methodologies and optimize standard cell PPA. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality, reliability, and efficiency of the standard cell libraries.

· Lead, drive and execute Standard cell characterization, QA flows and its methodology development, deliver library view generation to enable digital, analog and mixed signal design and PnR flows

· Characterize and optimize standard cell libraries for FinFET technology, focusing on performance, power, and area metrics. Collaborate with circuit designers and layout engineers to define library requirements and ensure adherence to design rules and guidelines.

· Develop and execute test plans for standard cell library characterization, including timing, power, noise, and reliability analyses. Conduct transistor-level simulations and circuit-level measurements to validate and optimize standard cell performance.

· Perform detailed analysis of characterization data, identify deviations and anomalies, and propose corrective actions. Work closely with process engineers to understand and mitigate process variations that may impact standard cell library performance.

· Collaborate with the design automation team to enhance characterization methodologies and develop automation scripts for efficient library characterization. Participate in technology node evaluations and provide recommendations for standard cell library optimizations based on technology roadmaps.

Requirements

· Proven experience as a skilled and experienced Standard cell library Characterization Engineer with strong expertise in FinFET process technology.

· Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience in standard cell design. This includes setting up library characterization flows and methodologies, QA flows, circuit design, layout, and simulation, with a strong emphasis on FinFET technologies (e.g., 16nm, 12nm, 6nm, or below).

· Proficient in defining, characterizing, and executing custom digital and analog cells, low power management cells, level shifters, retention flops, GPIOs, and memories.

· Expertise in industry-standard EDA tools for transistor-level and circuit-level simulations, such as Cadence Virtuoso Liberate/LV/Mx/Trio, Virtuoso, ADE, Genus, Innovus and Tempus.

· Solid understanding of FinFET technology and its impact on standard cell library design and characterization. Experience in characterizing standard cell libraries for advanced process nodes is highly desirable.

MedTech Catapult is a national initiative for accelerating the development of high-value MedTech projects through an in-house product engineering unit. This productization unit is responsible for supporting the development of technologies through the medical device development cycle to produce full-fledged hardware product systems.

The Lead Engineer will report to the Lead, Product Engineering.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for software engineering efforts for integrated medical technology product solutions.
• Responsible for software architecture design and FW requirements specifications generation.
• Design, develop and implement embedded SW for medical instruments and devices and related interface systems using a variety of languages (e.g. C#, ASP.NET etc.), ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and power efficiency.
• Lead software risk management and DFMEA, software verification and validation activities from early concept phase through release to manufacturing according to IEC 62304.
• Responsible for software integration and implementation for embedded systems, ensuring products are according to design requirement.
• Write and execute complete testing plans, protocols, and documentation.
• Identify, debug, and create solutions for issues with code and integration into application architecture.
• Incorporate real-time data acquisition from sensors and closed loop control algorithms and verify real-time closed loop control of systems parameters.
• Support development of intellectual property portfolio in device design and process technology know-how.
• To interact closely with engineers from other disciplines to achieve an optimized design within the stipulated project schedule.
• Write and review documentations for QMS.
• To support other activities for product engineering when required.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in developing embedded firmware with hardware integration experience related to MedTech applications.
• Complete product lifecycle experience including early concept work, and successful transfer of designs into manufacturing.
• Experience with electrical components such as ADC, DAC, stepper and dc motors, image sensors, Ethernet, I2C, SPI, USB and CAN.
• Good experience with ARM processors or other microprocessor architectures.
• Knowledge of computer architecture and operating systems.
• Familiarity with variety of Operating systems including Windows, MacOS X and Linux; and Mobile platforms, including iOS and Android.
• Familiarity with Network technologies, including TCP/IP, Bluetooth, Zigbee, WiFi and Modbus.
• Familiarity with Languages such as C/C++, C#, Python, MATLAB, and Java.
• Experience managing QMS and proficient with GMP guidelines.
• Good collaboration skills, organised and detailed.

Risk Management

• Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive Project Risk Register as a true reflection of the Project risk during project stages (Design, Procurement, Construction/T&C)
• Lead and conduct periodic Risk workshop with the project team for identifying and updating mitigation measures based on actual project status.
• Discuss, submit and follow up of Risk Registers between Consultant and end user.

M&E Lead

• Perform conceptual design, feasibility study, preliminary and detailed design for site installation of M&E Equipment and Piping Works.
• Review drawings in 2D and 3D BIM
• Review design calculations, specifications & documentation works for submission for consultant approval.
• Lead and support authorities’ consultation and submission
• Manage technical, engineering as well as design related to site matters
• Support and help resolve any site technical difficulties & other that may arise
• Assist Construction/Project Manager in overseeing the daily construction and site coordination of different activities.
• Prepare, submit and monitor technical drawings, method of statements and shop drawings.
• Monitor the progress of work against the baseline schedule & preparation of daily records & monthly site progress reports.
• Oversee general on-site technical and engineering matters
• Ensure work safe environment at the work site and manage workers.

Requirements

• Min diploma in relevant Water Treatment/ M&E Engineering, shall be qualified and experienced in facilitating risk management with about ten (10) years of experience in construction industry which includes construction management and design experience.
• Must be certified and trained in hazard identification and risk management methodology.
• Able to plan / coordinate site works and resolve drawing details and discrepancies.
• Able to liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and all levels of the Project Team.
• Able to work independently and as a key member of the Site Management.
• Ability to identify potential and occurring problems that affect the schedule of works at site and recommend solutions to relevant team/department.
• Able to work independently and should also be a team player to meet tight project timeline.
• Familiar with local authority submission works.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-versed in MS Office, familiar with Design tools/ software (AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bentley etc)
• Able to travel and work in construction site. (2-way Transport pick-up between designated MRT station and site provided)
• Past experience working on PUB water/wastewater projects will be an advantage.
