The Senior / Executive, IT / Cybersecurity (ITCE) will assist the Senior Manager (IT) to plan, implement and manage organisation-wide IT infrastructure and IT-related systems in Vanguard. The Executive Assistant Manager, Rooms/Director of Rooms is responsible in managing all aspects of the Rooms Division including Housekeeping, Lobby Operations, Concierge, Raffles Butler and Floral Boutique at Raffles Singapore. We are seeking a skilled Legal Counsel with a solid experience with crypto derivatives and regulatory frameworks. Based in Singapore, you will work closely with the Head of Derivatives and the Markets team to ensure compliance, manage legal risk, and support the structuring and negotiation of innovative derivative products. This role will involve navigating complex legal challenges in the rapidly evolving crypto landscape, especially within the APAC regulatory environment.

Your responsibilities will include contract negotiation, regulatory adherence, risk assessment, and providing legal guidance on product structuring to support our market-making operations.

Your role and responsibilities:

• You will draft, review, and negotiate derivative and other product contracts, including options, futures, and structured products, ensuring all terms align with legal requirements and company standards.
• Assess legal risks associated with derivatives products launching at the company and implement controls in collaboration with the risk management and compliance teams.
• Partner with trading and product development teams to provide legal input on the structuring and rollout of new derivative products.
• Monitor and interpret changes in derivatives and crypto regulations across the APAC region, providing insights to adjust our trading practices accordingly.
• Work alongside the Compliance team to support our clients, handling legal inquiries, and resolving disputes.
• You will also work with additional opportunities regarding other types of agreements.

Background and Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or an equivalent. Admission to practice law in Singapore.
• 3 to 5 years of legal experience, working with derivatives contracts, preferably within the financial services or cryptocurrency industry.
• Strong understanding of Singapore’s regulatory bodies (e.g., MAS) and their requirements related to crypto and derivatives.

Accounts Executive, Accounts Payable

As the Accounts Executive at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, you will be integral in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of accounts payable transactions. What you will do

• Vendor Reconciliation:Monitor outsourced vendors for timely reconciliation of suppliers’ statements of accounts against our accounting records.
  Promptly resolve any discrepancies identified during the reconciliation process.
  
• Documentation and Filing:Maintain well-organized alphabetical files of vendors, containing complete invoices and supporting documents attached to correlated cheques for easy access after payment.
  Scan suppliers' invoices to the outsourced vendor for verification.
  
• Payment Processing:Ensure all payments are accurate, duly authorized (approved PO), and supported by evidence (i.e. invoices, delivery slips, receipts and Accounts Payable stamp).
  Complete wire authorization forms for transfers, ensuring proper sign-off by authorized personnel with the supported documents.
  Prepare manual cheques for payment.
  
• Standing Orders and Approvals:Maintain a list of standing orders for electronic disbursements, obtaining approval from cheque signatories with a copy attached to bank reconciliations. With details of the date of payment, payee, amount and description of payment and at the beginning of each month in advance of the standing payment.
  
• Reports and Petty Cash:Verify and process expense reports and petty cash reimbursements, ensuring compliance with key controls.
  Run required reports at month-end to close the Accounts Payable cycle.
  
• Accruals and Expense Management:Ensure accurate accrual and expense management, including proper documentation for goods received and services provided but have not been invoiced.
