Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support on court-related matters
• Compile and submit reports to the Court and Panel of Advisors ahead of court proceedings.
• Ensure court duty officers file their minutes from court proceedings.
• Follow up with case officers and supervisors on the outcome of family conferences and contested court proceedings.
• Facilitate tracking and data collection of court cases to enable the extraction of actionable insights.
• Maintain an up-to-date and well-organised knowledge base
• Regularly update the knowledge base with new information from emails and briefings, remove outdated materials and organise content for easy access and retrieval.
