Job Description

• Liaise with leasing team on the handing over and taking over of retail and office units including preparation of documents/keys and units to be handover and takeover.
• Conduct briefing with tenants and their consultant/contractor on design requirements upon confirmation of tenancy for the units.
• Work closely with building and M&E team to review tenants’ design, both architectural and M&E.
• Main liaison for tenant’s fit-out and reinstatement work during design, fit-out period and completion.
• Ensure contractors submit all the required documents, deposit and PTW before commencement of works.
• Conduct regular checks on site ensuring the works are in compliance and there is no illegal work activates.
• Co-ordinate with M&E team on the required testing or inspection to be carried out during tenant’s fit-out and reinstatement work.
• Process all account opening and closing of electricity and water.
• Arrange for inspection with tenants and contractors upon their completion of fit-out or reinstatement work.
• Process refund of security deposit upon completion of defects and submission of all as-built drawings and authorities’ approval.
• Advice leasing team on both architectural and M&E requirements for any re-configuration and sub-division works.
• Call tender/quotation for all any re-configuration and sub-division works, including putting up recommendations to award the works.

Requirements

• Possess a Diploma / Degree in Building or Real Estate Management with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Commercial Buildings.
• Strong analytical skills and able to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines.
• Possess a high level of initiative, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Develop and execute the company's social media strategy in overseas markets to increase brand awareness and engagement globally.
• Create compelling social media content, including copy, images, and videos, to promote the dissemination of brand stories and values.
• Manage and update the company's accounts on overseas social media platforms, ensuring consistency and timeliness of content.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment of social media activities with other marketing and brand initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, fluent in English with the ability to communicate orally and in writing; overseas study or work experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with the operation modes of SNS platforms, experience in advertising and brand management on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and Ins.
• Sensitivity to domestic and international social trends, strong insight, and the ability to discover topics.
• Strong writing skills, familiar with content operations, event planning, and other marketing methods; preferred: 3+ years of experience in marketing, public relations, news, advertising, or related fields.
• Excellent learning ability, communication, and collaboration skills; a good sense of innovation and teamwork.
• Strong execution and communication skills, able to quickly implement creative ideas and take decisive actions.
