The Legal Support Specialist 3 is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. The successful incumbent will be working closely with the Company Secretary and expected to handle the following key responsibilities to provide high quality, professional company secretarial support for all the Singapore entities as well as supporting the Asia South Corporate Governance outsourcing related function.

In this role, you’re expected to:

• Provide comprehensive corporate secretarial support to a number of boards and board committees, including liaison with various stakeholders, preparation of agendas, creation and collation of board packs, taking minutes following up on action points and providing governance advice.
• Scheduling the board and board committee calendars, seeking and monitoring director availability for additional meetings as and when necessary.
• Maintain proper documentation of corporate governance activities and processes, including updating and maintaining the statutory registers and databases for all the Singapore legal entities.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements including necessary filings with the regulators.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• Strong knowledge and understanding of the corporate secretariat work and corporate governance principle.
