4. Perform monthly bank reconciliations to validate financial transactions.
5. Assist in processing all vendors' invoices timely and accurately in accordance with policies and procedures.
6. Reconcile vendors' statements of account and proactively address any outstanding issues or discrepancies.
7. Support month-end inventory counts to verify stock levels and contribute to effective inventory management.
8. Provide assistance to AR and Cost Control section as needed.
9. Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to contribute to team objectives.

Job Requirements

• Candidates with a Diploma/Degree, ideally in Mechanical Engineering, are preferred.

• Coordinating Raffles Talent Academy's (RTA) events
• Managing budget of RTA events/projects
• Interact with Lecturer, students’ parent, students
• Organise activities and workshops for students or public
• Gather feedbacks from stakeholders, able to investigate and resolve feedback/complaints efficiently and tactfully
• Assist in business development of RTA
• Handle logistical coordination with teachers, staff, and third parties
• Handle customer inquiries and support across multiple channels
• Manage communications with current clients
• Follow up on sales leads and inquiries
