• Work closely with Operation department on customer work orders and bins dispatch, and assist to resolve issues related to the customer
• Assist Accounts Department with payment collection

Responsibilities:

• In charge of full spectrum HR operation, recruitment and administration.

• Manage relevant onboarding, probationary evaluation and exit procedures and activities.

• Application, renewal and cancellation of Employment passes

• General HR administration, such as preparation of employment letters, confirmation letter and etc.

• Process payroll, CPF, Income Tax, IR21 and other relevant statutory submission.

• Other government related matters. (IR8A, IR21, tax clearance, government and training grant, NS claims, maternity claim etc.)

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience

• Working experience in a Logistics industry will be an added advantage
