MASE E&C Pte Ltd is looking for a Procurement Executive to manage the sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of goods and services essential to our operations. The ideal candidate will ensure cost efficiency, timely delivery, and compliance with company and industry standards while fostering strong relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to meet project and operational requirements.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective, high-quality products and services.
• Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and related documentation in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with agreed terms, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs and avoid disruptions in operations.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, new suppliers, and opportunities for cost savings.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
• Manage inventory levels and oversee timely replenishment of stock as needed.
• Resolve issues with suppliers related to quality, delivery, or pricing disputes.
• Ensure adherence to all legal, safety, and environmental regulations in the procurement process.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the construction, marine, or engineering industries.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with procurement software and inventory management tools is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of local and international procurement regulations and standards.
