• Provide legal advice on a variety of commercial matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, retail leasing agreements, and service contracts.
• Ensure that all commercial transactions comply with applicable laws and internal company policies.
• Support contract lifecycle management, including renewals and terminations, with a focus on mitigating risk and maximizing business value.
• Handle the legal aspects of retail leasing contracts, including negotiations with landlords and managing lease-related disputes.
• Review and negotiate service agreements, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance with legal standards.
• Work closely with departments to provide legal advice when needed

Key Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer with 3-5 years PQE, with significant experience in commercial law, retail leasing, and service agreements.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex commercial transactions.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and deliver pragmatic legal solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a business-oriented approach to problem-solving.
