• Assist in writing and distributing pitch letters, news releases, backgrounders, fact sheets,bios, newsletters, reports and other communications material.

What the day will look like

• Advising on legal aspects of corporate reorganizations, joint ventures, M&A, corporate governance, commercial contracts (external, internal, and intragroup), IP / technology / data licencing & use.
• Supporting Aon corporate Boards and Board meetings, as well our global corporate secretariat and corporate team.
• Supporting Aon’s businesses in strategic projects that require legal input.
• Drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts with clients, vendors, insurers and other third parties.
