Facility operational Security

• Promote awareness and ensure facilities are compliant with Physical Security Standard/Policy of security related GEA policies, procedures, and guidelines.

• Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments to embed privacy requirements in new scenarios and processes following the principles of “Privacy by Design”
• Manage and follow up with Data Privacy matters, to enable successful navigation and compliance with company policies and applicable Data Privacy laws
• Execute data governance policies and initiatives such as data mapping, data quality and data sharing
• End to end track and manage data access and data subject requests in coordination across business functions
• Keep up-to-date on current and emerging trends and changes in legislation within the area of Data Privacy and applicability to the organization
• Compile and update an organized record of all compliance activities and maintain constant reporting
• Design and implement appropriate training & awareness activities to secure policy adherence and awareness
• Lead or participate other projects within or across departments

What We Are Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor degree or above
  • ExperienceCommon law or EU (any EU jurisdiction) qualified lawyer with at least 3-8 years PQE, including at a law firm or in-house experiences
  • Familiar with data privacy laws and regulations in SG, experience in a data privacy compliance program
  • Good communication skills, excelled in interacting with external parties as well as internal parties
  • CIPP/E, CIPP/US and CIPM certifications are preferred

· Perform analysis, prioritization and classification of risk.

· Handle day-to-day security vulnerability assessments and operational request.

· Provide security vulnerability assessment reports and advise system operator on security vulnerability and resolution.

· Proactive monitoring of remediation plans and progress.

· Schedule security checks in accordance with reporting schedules.

· Continuous enhancement of existing security vulnerability assessment process.

· Verifies security controls are implemented accordingly.

· Review security incident reports

· Evaluate the type and severity of security events

· Assist with establishing procedures for handling detected security events

· Create final incident report detailing the events of the incident

· Prepare periodic status reports for presentation to management

· At least 5 year working experience in vulnerability management and incident response.

· Familiar with at least one vulnerability scanner.

· Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.

· Good team player as well as strong communications skills with stakeholders at all levels

· Possess QISP, CEH, CISSP and/or related security certification.

· Experience in healthcare industry is an added advantage.

· Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
