• Lead and manage VIP communication and engagement, providing the white-glove experience for a personalised experience
• Support delegate databases, RSVPs, and registrations, ensuring a seamless delegate experience.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for delegates, providing information about the event and addressing inquiries promptly.
• Support on-site event logistics for events, including registration, delegate assistance, seating arrangements and information desk management to create a welcoming environment.
