Key Responsibilities:

1. Service Delivery

• Responsible for end-to-end service delivery

• Assist fee earners to update CVs, including those used in bids/proposals and online version used on the firm’s website (training available from the Business Development team)
• Effectively use the firm’s CRM system (Interaction) to add and amend fee earners’ client and contact data (training available from the Business Development team)
• Work in collaboration with fee earners and the Business Development team as required to provide support for in-person client events
• Support other ad-hoc requests from fee earners if required, such as:

o Build and maintain effective relationships with the firm’s clients and their internal teams and developing knowledge of the Group's clients and their business

o Research clients, potential clients and new business initiatives or opportunities at the discretion of the fee earners

o Proactively identify and assist with business development opportunities

3. Project Management

• Open client files (including completing conflict searches and money laundering checks in conjunction with lawyers), prepare client engagement letters, collate all the relevant information required for file opening and maintain client files on a day-to-day basis (including filing where required)
• Manage production of documents (produced in-house and externally), coordinate changes made including taking responsibility for the consistency of those documents (e.g. formatting, numbering, CompareDocs, etc), utilise the DP as and when necessary
• Transcribe, edit and amend legal and other documents including marketing presentations and materials. Convert, compare, copy type and proofread the same as necessary, ensuring that documents comply with house style
• Assist lawyers with the billing process and ensuring timely submission of bills, including drawing up pre-bills, editing of narratives, preparing cover letters/emails and finalizing bills
• Prepare and submit lawyers' expenses in accordance with the firm's policies and follow up on authorisations
• Undertake regular reviews of files and documents to ensure all non-active files and documents are archived/stored off-site

What will you do as a Cybersecurity Platform Support Engineer?

• Evaluate, perform proof-of-value/proof-of-concept, design, build and implement enterprise-class cybersecurity solutions.
• Identify and recommend improvement areas in existing enterprise security architecture and tools, to address evolving cybersecurity threats.
• Align and balance business requirements with cybersecurity and IT requirements, based on the organization’s risk appetite.
• Develop integrated security operating models and documentations to ensure operational efficiency, scalability, and sustainability.
• Act as a domain expert and trusted partner in CSITR; work closely with stakeholders in other groups on cybersecurity engineering related matters.

What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial services or asset management industries, with minimum 7 years in Cyber Security or Information Security.
• Experience in implementing and operationalizing network security solutions (including network firewall, IDPS, web and application proxy, VPN) and endpoint security solutions (including anti-malware, host-based firewall and IPS, web browsing and email security, disk and file encryption), and associated security tools (including SIEM, SOAR, Threat Intelligence platforms, EDR, NDR).
• Scripting and coding skills, with proficiency in Python or similar programming languages.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, such as AWS and Azure certification.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity products for data protection (such as encryption and DLP) and vulnerability management (such as vulnerability scanners and security patch management) would be advantageous.
• Ability to produce detailed documentation, including design diagrams and process flows.
• Desire to learn, working in a diverse environment, interacting with multiple teams and functions to support strategic goals. Be a good team player and excellent communicator.
• Professional qualification in information security, such as CISSP / CISM / CEH will be advantageous.

Job Descriptions:

As a Legal / Senior Counsel of the Group, you will assist the Chief Legal Officer in handling all general corporate commercial and regulatory matters stemming from the Group's global businesses.

1. Draft and review commercial agreements / contracts with business partners and government authorities, ensuring that the terms are in accordance and compliance with corporate policy. Such agreements and contracts include areas relating to corporate governance, contracts, taxes, international trade and transportation, business development, foreign investment and finance etc.

Reporting to the Head of Operations (Bar Admission and Examinations), the successful candidate will be a part of the Bar Admission and Examinations team. Main responsibilities will include:
