-Provide mentorship and guidance to the junior members on team
-Preparation of the board committee meeting’s minutes and other Corporate secretarial duties
-Ensure that work is followed-up in a timely manner in accordance to the timeline
-Meet prospective clients and prepare preparation of fee proposals
-Oversee daily operations of the team

Job Requirements:
-Possess 6 to 8 years of experience in the corporate secretarial field and from professional corporate service providers is preferred
-ICSA qualified Chartered Secretary is of an advantage
-Excellent client servicing skills and strong problem solving skills
-Extensive knowledge of Companies Act and Code of Corporate Governance
-Able to work independently and work under tight deadlines
-Able to train, lead and motivate a team of professional staff

Job Description

• Patrolling: Regularly patrol the premises, checking for any unusual activity, signs of disturbance, or unauthorized entry.
• Monitoring: Use various monitoring tools, including CCTV cameras, to keep a watchful eye on the premises and quickly identify any security breaches.

• Assistant the Project Manager in overseeing the project, planning and ensure work is carry out according to master program

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as IM8, MAS Notice on TRM, and CSA Cybersecurity Code of Practice
• Familiarity with Cybersecurity Framework and cybersecurity professional qualifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong written and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure, respond to tight deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude
• Interest in emerging technologies and a willingness to stay up-to-date with industry developments
• Proficiency in application development, programming, and scripting is advantageous
• Prior experience with implementing Cybersecurity products such as IAM tools is a plus

The purpose of this temp clerk is to help with the logistics and administrative needs of the division. The individual would assist with consolidation of the various questionnaires, consults, project security requirements that Cyber and other TG teams need to complete.

In addition, the temp clerk will also assist in the collation of project budgets, training requirements and developmental needs for the division. Lastly, the temp clerk might also be asked to help with planning of cybersecurity events.

QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED

A degree and diploma in any subject is acceptable, although English, journalism, media studies and mass communications are preferred. In-house or Agency experience in corporate communications or public relations will be advantageous. Minimum of 2 to 3 years relevant experience is needed for Senior Account Executives and 5 to 7 years for Account Managers.
