Position Overview

The position leads and takes care of network and security/firewall related infrastructure of the company.

The position is part of a senior technical team that works with operations team and sales to ensure proper operation, support, and delivery of services to customers.

Responsibilities

· Lead on implementing, maintaining, monitoring, securing, and troubleshooting datacenter, cloud, firewall on network & firewall related areas.

· Ensure availability, stability, security, and compliance to company’s IT policies and standard.

· Provide engineering support to operation team which operate a 24x7 technical support center.

· Responsible in overseeing network & firewall related service provisioning and decommissioning.

· Provide network design, solution deployment and technical documentation on various projects.

· Involved in service / solution delivery and management of customer's contract.

· Handling escalation and perform investigation and troubleshooting to all the reported issues.

· Vendor management on responsible areas.

· Support company solution development through the testing and evaluation of new technologies and security solutions.

· Support sales in pre-sales related activities for customer engagement.

Requirements

· Diploma or bachelor’s in computer science / Information Technology.

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in networking environment and security-related roles

· In depth knowledge of network switches and routers (Cisco, Juniper) and security appliance (Fortigate, Sonicwall..etc)

· In-depth knowledge of DNS, VLANs and VPN solution.

· Experience in routing protocol such as OSPF and BGP. Ability to handle BGP setup of a typical network service provider.

· Prefer candidates with good practical working experience in network switch, router and firewalls, network switch and router.

· Have good problem analysis and solving skills in troubleshooting and resolving cases or problems.

· Have good verbal and written communication skills.

· Have good negotiation skill and vendor management experience.

· Learn quickly, takes initiative, works in a systematic and methodical and orderly way.

· Flexible and able to adapt to different customers, varying tasks and responsibilities.

· Ability to be on call 24x7 with a flexible schedule.

• Address resident complaints and feedback related to the project site.

This is a unique opportunity to engage with AWS customers on strategic opportunities, increase the growth of AWS (Americas/EMEA/APJ), and to establish AWS as customers' key cloud technology provider.

As a Deal Legal Negotiator, you will analyze and develop deal terms, review and simplify complex scenarios, and craft elegant deal solutions. You will work with customers and internal stakeholders to define and communicate streamlined deal workflows, build consensus, and close commercial transactions. In this customer facing role, you will focus on AWS Private Pricing Agreements (PPAs) to formulate and close PPA’s, navigate the AWS approval process, coordinate critical phases of simultaneous and multiple deal cycles, and ensure consensus with all relevant stakeholders.

You will own alignment with C-level executives, IT teams, and multiple lines of business to achieve business outcomes, increase the adoption of AWS services, and to enable private pricing, go-to-market, pan-Amazon, and other strategic relationships.
