We are seeking a proactive and organized HR and Admin Executive to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates looking to kickstart their career in Human Resources and Administration.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist with job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.

· Maintain employee records, track attendance, and handle leave applications.

· Oversee office supplies, manage correspondence, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Job Scope
• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on mechanical systems.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues.
• Installing, setting up, and testing new equipment or systems.
• Conduct quality checks on mechanical components and systems.
• Assist in preparing inspection reports.
• Handle some aspects of sales quotations and order processing.
• Assist technician with additional projects as needed.
