Job Description

• Develop KPI and obtaining approval ensure execution
• Coordinate import operational issues
• Liaising with Logistics Service Providers to achieve the most cost-effective shipping option.
• Delivery monitoring & fulfillment
• Assist in overall Site Procurement requirements for both Direct & Indirect materials
• Assist with Logistics documentation/delivery tracking/receiveing
• Ensures timely and fast deliveries of ordered materials
• Tracks order acknowledgement, prepares and communicates shortage and backlog reports, and provides visibility of potential interruptions to internal customers
• Warehouse management
• Tracks Site orders and confirms lead times, delivery dates, and costs
• Reviews, updates, and maintains purchase orders until they are closed
• Ensures Site orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts
• Other admin tasks and annual stocktake

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma / Degree in Logistics Management or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3-5 Years of experience in Logistics & Warehouse in manufacturing industry.
• Good in shipping documentation and Microsoft Office
• A professional degree in Logistics Management would be advantageous
• Experience in a similar role / managing a group of people experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Repairs, preventive maintenance and trouble shooting of precast automatic production machines and overhead cranes
• Able to interpret electrical circuit and mechanical drawings including pneumatic and hydraulics system
• Sound knowledge in PLC, inverter drives and direct-on-line controls
• Able to oversee maintenance team

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Min 1 year experience in maintenance of mechanical equipment
• 2-3 years experience in production machinery and industrial equipment
• Possess good written & spoken communication in English
• Able to work independently
