Position Summary

The Operations and Facilities Coordinator will assist the M&E Facility Executive in coordinating operations and maintenance activities, including retrofitting works in the office and GMP facility, to ensure clean, safe, and functional environments. • Efficient and effective architectural design coordination activities for the project to ensure that the design requirements of the contract are fulfilled.
• To Coordinate with Architects, Structural Engineers, M&E Engineers, and Subcontractors to resolve construction problems and issues to ensure timely and smooth progress of works by writing RFI and RFA.
• Compliance with legal and other requirements, including standards and codes of practice, relating to the design.
• Completion of design activities within budget and program to achieve project objectives and targets.
• Ensure risk reduction controls are in place for design activities.
• Adherence to the McConnell Dowell Integrated Management System and Project Execution Plan.
