Position Overview:
We are expanding our company and looking for a proactive and organised Operations Coordinator to oversee and coordinate our daily operations, ensuring efficiency, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company standards. The Operations Coordinator will manage communication between clients and suppliers, monitor job postings and completion, address logistics issues, and implement changes to optimise operations. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and coordinate between clients and suppliers to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that jobs posted by clients are accepted and completed diligently and on time.
- Monitor, adjust, plan, and instigate changes to logistics operations to eliminate delays and ensure customer success
- Communicate the logistics department's findings and feedback to relevant departments to improve service efficiency
- Maintain a high level of organisation and multitask effectively.
Qualifications:
- Experience in operations coordination, logistics management, or related roles preferred
-As a key coordinator in the construction industry, proficiency in Mandarin is essential.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google applications
