We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Safety Coordinator to join our company. Roles & Responsibilities

The Senior BIM Coordinator is responsible, but not limited to, the following:

Planning & Programming

• Ensure design co-ordinations and the development of 3D Models and fundamental approval are in accordance with schedule.

Quality

• Ensure 3D Models are created to capture all instructions or changes issued by Consultants.
• Coordinate the process of 3D Model development and ensure Models are delivered within the sufficient time frame for coordination of MEP and other trade works.
• To highlight discrepancies in Consultants’ drawings and obtain resolution during the process of 3D Model development.

Safety

• Responsible for the compliance to safety & occupational health practices to be implemented at the Design Section and Design subcontractors with IMS safe work methods.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma holder.
• Hands on BIM operating skills.
